NHS At Work was implemented at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) in July 2023, to update the Trust’s e-rostering.

The Trust had found that their previous supplier couldn’t provide true interoperability, which was slowing the process of e-rostering across the organisation. They sought a solution which could provide interoperability, as well as one which was easy to use to ensure engagement with its workforce.

The outcomes: 

• £250,000 savings achieved
• Rolled out to 22% of medics
• Efficiency & autonomy improved
