Liaison Workforce
The level of clear and concise guidance and support we offer to our product users is something we are proud of at Liaison Workforce, and we are delighted to have had this recognised by the UK Technical Communication Awards for our mii Flexible Workforce (TempRE) Help system.
These awards are run by the ISTC (Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators), the largest UK body representing information development professionals. The awards recognise clear, concise and effective information products.
At the UKTC awards ceremony, held on 28th September 2021, our documentation was chosen as a Merit Award winner.
On reviewing the TempRE Help system, the award judges described the documentation as “clear, concise and readable”, whilst further stating “This was a huge project… I am very impressed with the final product”.
As part of our innovative mii Platform, TempRE is Liaison Workforce’s end-to-end temporary workforce management solution, which supports NHS organisations from vacancy release through to pay.
All users receive full support from our expert consultants and dedicated in-house customer service team, as well as having access to a comprehensive online help system tailored to their specific needs; this drives effective usage for the benefit of both the NHS organisation and its end users.
Liaison Workforce Managing Director, Judith Shaw, says: “It is extremely important to us to provide products and services through our mii Platform which don’t just benefit NHS organisations as a whole, but provide value and assistance to the workforce using them every day. Our aim is to ensure that all of our products are intuitive, and our technical authors play a vital role in articulating accurate information that is a tremendous value add to our business. I am delighted to see them recognised for their outstanding work.”
