We wanted to be able to forecast based on what is currently happening within the Trust in terms of workforce, in as real time as possible. We have been able to ‘look back at analysis’ but never had the ability to have an automated support in understanding trends as they emerge. The introduction of People Analytics by Liaison Workforce is enabling the Trust to better understand its recruitment and retention challenges through the use of hard evidence, not on an anecdotal or ‘gut feel’ basis.
