Liaison Group Awarded Best Return on Customer Service Investment

At the 2020 UK Customer Service Awards in London on Tuesday 3rd March, Liaison Group was delighted to have been announced as the winners of the award for “Best Return on Customer Service Investment” award, hosted by The Institute of Customer Service.

The awards recognises organisations that have implemented successful customer strategies, and are judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.

The Liaison Group prides itself on providing excellent customer service and aims to give its clients added value in its services, and are grateful to the judges for recognising this in our nomination.
