Liaison Group Event

The spring 2026 forum will bring the focus back to the patient and remind us that every pound has a purpose. Sessions will cover leadership updates from the centre, progress updates from colleagues on implementation of the new operating model, and in-depth case studies on areas such as transformation, health inequalities, and optimising patient pathways. The patient will stay in focus throughout the day, from population health statistics down to the individual patient experience, and colleagues will discuss how we as finance leaders ensure we don't lose sight of that living patient at the end of every pound.
