Faced with growing complexity, limited visibility and increasing responsibility for assurance across multiple NHS organisations, a gap was identified that existing models didn’t address. Working collaboratively, a new approach was designed and built, one that put compliance, patient safety and governance first, while also improving confidence and experience for Resident Doctors.
