Liaison Workforce Event

In partnership with Cavell, this session features speakers Frances Beadle, Chief Nursing Information Officer Digital Health and Care Wales, and David Jones-Stanley, Customer Operations Director at Liaison Group. They will explore the realities of implementing workforce and digital systems across healthcare organisations, addressing both successes and challenges of the shift to Digital.

During the webinar Frances Beadle will be talking us through the design, implementation and national roll out of the Welsh Digital Care Records. As a live case study Frances will share how collaboration with front line users on a locally led level were fundamental to the success of this project.

David Jones-Stanley will draw on practical experience working alongside NHS teams exploring how digital technology can support service improvement as part of wider, people‑led change. David will reflect on the value of understanding current pressures and workflows, and how thoughtfully introduced technology can help reduce friction, encourage collaboration and support teams as they adapt and improve how they work.

Through case studies, practical experience and insights, this webinar will illustrate how adoption only happens when technology actively supports collaboration, reduces administrative burden, and strengthens connections between teams delivering care.
