Since 2011, Liaison Workforce’s solutions have been at the forefront of supporting the NHS and healthcare professionals.

The TempRE platform received a major upgrade in 2020 and is specifically designed to give control and visibility of temporary staffing spend, helping trusts manage their supply chain and reduce premium pay spend. The solution supports collaboration across healthcare systems, managing the worker journey from vacancy to pay.

Since 2020…

  • 81 NHS organisations have used the system for 5.2m shifts.
  • Liaison Workforce’s payroll team have processed 13m hours for over 20,000 workers.
  • £125,000,000 of Direct Engagement net savings have been achieved.
  • 22,000 bank candidates have joined.
