Liaison Workforce
The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust has launched a wellbeing portal, to support and enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of Trust staff, in partnership with Liaison OneCall.
The portal includes a wealth of information to address a range of health and wellbeing issues, offering easy access to staff with advice available at their fingertips. The portal is also proven to aid staff retention and support financial and emotional wellbeing – something which is needed more than ever after the impact of COVID-19 on NHS staff.
Lucy Manning, Head of Employee Relations at the Trust, said: “South Western Ambulance Service have thoroughly enjoyed working with Liaison OneCall. Their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in designing our Wellbeing Portal, which we have proactively shared with all of our teams and people across the Trust. The portal has been received extremely well, with lots of people actively engaging with the information and seeking out new ways they can proactively look after their physical and mental wellbeing.
“We look forward to continuing to build on the informative and extensive information that is contained within the portal.”
