Liaison Appoints David Jones-Stanley to Drive Workforce Effectiveness

David Jones-Stanley has been appointed as Workforce Effectiveness Consultant at Liaison Workforce as the business looks to expand its consultancy services to the NHS.

David is an experienced workforce operations and programme manager with a proven track record in delivering services for both private and public sector organisations. He joins Liaison Workforce from Allocate Software where he was Head of Insight Operations and prior to that David was Workforce Solutions Operations Manager at McKesson, heading up their professional services division in the UK.

At Liaison Workforce, David will be enhancing the Liaison Workforce Advisory offering to address market needs by providing a full range of workforce consultancy programmes and workstreams including engagement, retention and recruitment.

David has three children who keep him busy with outdoor activities, including cycling and horse riding and he enjoys a good social life with his husband and friends in Manchester.
