About Liaison Group

We are a well-established and trusted partner to the health economy, saving millions for reinvestment in health and social care through our Workforce, Financial and Care businesses.

Our teams are varied and include a wide range of roles including software developers, account managers, sales teams, marketers, VAT and CHC experts, and more. We also have a large contingent of support staff working remotely, who work diligently for our clients. These include Payroll, Customer and Client Services, and Quality Assurance specialists.

In 2021, we were also rated a 2-star company by Best Companies, recognising Liaison Group as an ‘Outstanding Company to Work For’.

Each quarter, we check in with our 250+ staff members to gather their views on what we’re doing well and what we can do as a company to continue to make improvements. This allows us to also monitor our eNPS score, which gauges our staff’s employment experience.

We are proud to say that our eNPS score peaked at 55 during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, reflecting our proactivity in supporting our teams during a difficult time for all. As of Q1 in 2021, the score now sits at a strong score of 36 and we continue to make adaptations to improve the experience of working at Liaison Group.

Location

At Liaison Group, we are proud to be early adopters of workplace innovation. We have embraced recent necessary workplace changes and have permanently transitioned our workforce to a fully remote operating model.

We now have over 250 employees based across the length and breadth of the UK, enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Our Recruitment Process

Once you apply for a vacancy, your application will be considered by our Talent Acquisition Partner. It is integral that we find people who align with our values and behaviours, therefore we hold telephone calls with potentially suitable candidates at this stage.

If selected, you will hear from our Talent Acquisition Partner for an initial telephone call. We commonly hold a two-stage interview process with the Hiring Manager and other members of the immediate team. As a remote business, you will be able to do this from the comfort of your own home through Microsoft Teams or over the phone.

If successful, we hold an induction programme tailored to your role, ensuring that you feel welcomed and cared for. Human interaction is key here and we ensure that you will have regular touchpoints with the HR team, as well as the team that you are joining. You will also be given a clear plan related to your induction into the company.

Training and Development

At Liaison Group, we ensure that all staff are given access to a range of opportunities to help develop their respective careers.

 In the past twelve months (2020-2021), members of our teams have taken part in management training courses, started apprenticeships, and advanced their careers with specialist online training. We encourage our staff to discuss their training requirements with their line manager and/or HR at any time, and consider all requests for further training.

In addition, we understand that it’s also important to grow as a person, not only as an employee. We host a monthly internal webinar series, Liaison Life Skills, providing speakers and guidance which support everyday life skills including money management, communication skills, and more.
