Liaison Care appoints Senior Advisor to deliver Continuing Healthcare transformation

Trusted health economy partner, Liaison Care has appointed Jim Connolly as a senior advisor as it builds on its continuing healthcare (CHC) transformation offering.

Previously National Director of the CHC SIP programme, Jim had an established relationship with Hugh Reynolds, Clinical Director at Liaison and felt that the Liaison Care vision for CHC aligned with what he and the CHC SIP were trying to achieve as part of the improvement programme.

Jim comments: “The Liaison Care team and I share the same vision for CHC in that transformation has to improve the experience of the individual going through the CHC process of assessment of eligibility. We have a clear desire to support CCGs and CSUs in transforming the way CHC is delivered through working in partnership with all stakeholders.”

Jim brings a strategic vision for CHC, which will build on the existing work Liaison Care has developed and delivered to the health care market. He will also be able to dedicate more time to supporting the development of the CHC products and services which will support CCGs in delivering the best service possible.

Liaison Group has a proven track record in supporting the NHS from a finance and workforce perspective. Liaison Care is establishing itself at the centre of the CHC transformation programme by supporting NHS England achieve its goals of better outcomes, better experiences and better use of resources for all patients. Liaison Care is building on that experience of proven delivery to support transformation of CHC. The range of expert skills across the organisation are key to delivering a strong product base for the health and social care sector.
